Description
Work with operations team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment process.- Prepare and upload product listings including content for various marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada
- Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, promotion, stocks level, layout, images, copywriting etc are up to date and availabletosell
- Other related operational tasks such as logisticsrelated matters to ensure smooth running flow for the ecommerce business
- Attend to customer service inquiries (Lazada, Shopee live chat) pertaining to product exchange, delivery status, etc.
- Coordinating warehouse to ensure that online stores are adequately stocked and this is reflected in the system
- To liaise as required with the warehouse and logistics in order to resolve delivery issues and eticketing
- Provide administrative support and adhoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful and excellent team player
- Experience in Ecommerce environment preferred
