Position Overview

Due to our global expansion plans, we are now looking for a Senior Developer (Financial System Operations) to be based in our Financial IT Division in Singapore.

Serving as a Financial System Operations Consultant, he/she would be focusing on financial system business analysis, implementation of Financial ERP systems, and daily system operations across various finance & accounting lines at a regional to a global level.

Responsible for Tencent's corporate financial system requirement analysis, system implementation, and all of its related daily operations to support the expansion of our finance divisions internationally.
Recommend and drive system solutions and maintain the product requirement document based on the business analysis and the system operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management or its equivalents
At least 5 years of relevant experience, of which, at least 3 years focusing on financial system business analysis, implementation of ERP systems, and daily system operations
Solid understanding of finance and accounting functions and its respective process flows
Familiar with Oracle Fusion/EBS is a plus
Excellent communication skills with serviceoriented mentality
Meticulous and detailoriented even under tight deadlines
