    Roles & Responsibilities

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. Possess full spectrum as a Senior Manager to oversee and evaluate the performance of whole division covering all inbound businesses
    2. Be responsible to the division's sales, revenue and cost management
    3. Set action plans for all departments to achieve their monthly and annual target through exercising the plans according to forecast.
    4. Monitor forecast figures according to the budget and make flexible changes in the action plan set beforehand
    5. Maintain good relationship internally and externally with suppliers and Japanese counterparts
    6. Evaluate suppliers performance and monitor their adherence to service level standards
    7. Attend business meetings with clients, sales person and obtain feedback of the tours
    8. Provide insight to all departments for good suggestions about the new products to meet the customers' expectation and handle disputes
    9. Train all department members and upskill them with travel industry related skills and knowledge to better improve their service standard
    10. Implement division's recruitment and retention efforts.
    11. Be initiative in strengthening the division's internal control system and corporate governance measures in compliance with the Headquarter directions and guidelines
    12. Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

    Experience & Skill-set required:

    1. Having expertise as managerial position at least 20 years in Travel industry
    2. Excellent command of both written and spoken of English and Japanese language is necessary for the purpose of daily communication with Japanese counterparts including the head office in Japan.
    3. Willing to take up challenge in a new project/ field
    4. Service-oriented with good interpersonal and excellent communication skills to work with both internal and external members
    5. Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure
