    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of building and the supervision of site staff if any.
    • Conduct routine inspections on all building services, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure all service providers are performing up to the specification of contracts.
    • Attend to emergency service breakdown.
    • Attend to enquiries and feedback.
    • Ensure all contracts, insurance, certificates, and licenses are renewed before expiry.
    • Coordinate and attend Meetings organised for and by landlord.
    • Manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondences and documents.
    • Conduct handing over & taking over of tenanted units upon commencing and expiring of lease agreements.
    • Attend to residents/occupiers on feedback and follow up actions to resolve issues.
    • Seek vendors quotation, conduct evaluation, and make recommendation for landlord's approval.
    • Conduct half-yearly site audits on the compliance of leasing agreements with multiple-dwelling estates.
    • Assist on any instructions and requirements specified by the landlords if any.
