Description

We are a general warehouse and logistics company looking for an individual who has the attributes of a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an honest working attitude.


Job Duties include:


  • Assist in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
  • Assist in audit and tax filing
  • Assist in the monthend closing activities
  • Other financerelated jobs
  • Billing of vendor invoices in the system
  • Processing of vendor payments on time
  • Invoice issuance
  • Monitor the AR collection and closely follow up the overdue accounts
  • Assist to liaise with Bank for banking matters
  • General administrative duties such as filing finance documents and mailing invoices and cheque payments.
  • Support the finance department on the monthend closing/yearend & audit report
  • Any other adhoc administrative or accounting assignments
  • Ensure timely update of employee's database in the HR system
  • Process tax clearance for foreign employees
  • Administer timesheets and handle payroll processing activities
  • Liaise with HQ on HR matters and any other adhoc duties when required

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Account or Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in administrative, accounts, or HR assistant support
  • Knowledge of the Local Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax, and legislation
  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Outstanding communication and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Possess a strong sense of commitment
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and be able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff
  • Effective communication in English
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to commit immediately
