- To process and check issuance of instruction sheet for FI trade transactions within approved control limits and approved credit parameters
- To assist in limit reservations, settlement and reconciliation in the Global Gateway System.
- If necessary, communicate with RM to find out the underlying trade flow of the transactions
- To maintain accurate exposure control of FI trade transactions
- Prepare reports based on requests and/or requirements of GTFD management, marketing officers and provide responses to various audit requests.
- To co-work closely and communicate effectively with the respective related departments to achieve higher efficiency
- To perform other duties assigned by management, manager or other senior officers
- To cover the duties for other colleagues in Credit Control group in their absence
