- Support development of long-term organizational strategy.
- Align department goals and processes to be in line with Group CFS Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify market trends, opportunities and threats and present findings to CFS core team.
- Drive and oversee the progress of multiple key strategic projects.
- Monitor & report on status of projects (QBR)
- Prepare materials, co-ordinate and manage key meetings, including CEO/board meetings, executive team meetings, and other team meetings as required.
- You have at least 10 years of work experience in the field of strategy consulting
- Think creatively and analytically.
- Have excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good financial skills to inform strategic decision-making.
- Works collaboratively, is adaptable, resilient and reliable.
- You are a creative problem solver and ability to navigate within highly regulated landscapes.
- You are a strong communicator comfortable presenting to senior executives internally and externally.
