    Job Title:
    Customer Service Executive (ID7039)

    Location:
    Suntec

    Working Hours: 5days work week,


    Weekdays:
    -10am-630pm
    12pm-830pm

    Weekends:
    -11am-8pm

    Basic Salary:
    $1,500

    Gross Salary:
    Up to $5,000 (based on KPI Sales commission)

    Job Description


    • Attend to customers' travel enquiries and request through phone calls, emails or walk in
    • Provide information on travel visa application and Insurance.
    • Follow up & servicing customers' enquiries or bookings, before and after sales
    • Achieve sales target.
    • Help customer service managers with any logistic arrangement.
    • Opportunities for travelling overseas.

    Requirement:

    • Singaporean/PR only.
    • Must be able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
    • Service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
