- Support overseas trips by preparing travel documents, gifts, event registrations, booking of flights, transport and accommodation, claim preparations, and ensuring all necessary items are packed.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to keep the team on track with departmental goals.
- Perform basic data analysis and collate financial data for reporting purposes.
- Maintain governance standards, manage filing systems, ensure accurate record-keeping and update SOPs as needed.
- Manage department mailboxes and draft responses to enquiries with support from other team members.
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of survey forms and Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) pertaining to overseas members and stakeholders.
- Support the department with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, invoice/billing, payment and reimbursement processing.
- Provide onsite support for events, including gift preparation, refreshment procurement, room setup, and registration duties.
- Maintain the ISCA website sections related to ISCA's overseas chapters and activities.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- A Diploma, preferably in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform basic data analysis and generate reports.
- Candidates with a finance background is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
