    Group Strategic Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.

    Job Purpose:

    A core member of GSMC's Content Team, the Content Strategist for Sustainability is responsible for conceptualising, designing and executing content marketing experiences across social media, websites and internal communications channels that shape perceptions about the brand on sustainability-related topics.

    Responsibilities:
    • Support the development and dissemination of stories centered around purpose, sustainability, and social impact.
    • Manage all stages of content creation, from research and production to publishing, ensuring each piece incorporates powerful storytelling techniques.
    • Assist in executing content marketing campaigns, managing projects, and coordinating assets and timelines with various stakeholders, including a dedicated in-house production studio, external agencies and other business unit stakeholders.
    • Optimise, maintain, and publish content across digital platforms to meet annual performance targets and enhance audience engagement.
    • Collaborate on the creation of performance reports and utilise social listening tools to gather insights and inform content strategy.
    • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all materials produced and published by the team.

    Requirements:
    • Diploma / Degree qualifications from polytechnics/ film & media/ advertising/marketing institutes, with a focus on Journalism or Digital Broadcast Media
    • 5 - 7 years' experience in a news, broadcasting, online publishing or other digital media
    • Well-versed in digital media production with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and publishing content online
    • Adept at managing brand accounts on social media platforms, with a deep understanding of audience engagement strategies and content optimisation techniques.
    • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources across multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for results, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellence in all endeavours.
    • Capable of working effectively under the pressure of tight deadlines, maintaining composure and delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environment.
