Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
• Ensure all call activities are conducted in line to the quality standard
• Update customer information in the database

Requirements

• Minimally O' levels
• At least 5 years' of working experience in the telemarketing field
• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI and HI) is required
• Good communication skills in English and a second language
• Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales
• Sales driven and possess a can-do attitude
