Responsibilities:

OQA

Dispose outgoing visual defect wafers.
Work with quality engineers and process owner in resolving OQA related issues
Close follow up on fabrelated quality issues to ensure commitment to shipment
Incharge of training documentation and certification of manufacturing assistants in terms of visual defect recognition, basic lot disposition rules, automatic inspector tools' operation
Assist in handling of Customer Specific Requirement (CSR) documentation

Fab Environment Control

Incharge of environmental monitoring issues (ESD, Particle, Air Velocity, Ionization)
Investigate root causes and resolve fab or environment related issues

Automatic Visual Inspection Tool

Handling automatic inspection tools and recipes creation
Manage and troubleshoot automatic visual inspection recipe issue and system

Requirements:

Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Physics/ Mechanical/ Quality Management or equivalent
No prior experiences required as training will be provided
Knowledge of wafer defect is preferred
Competent in Microsoft Applications
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Basic Statistical Process Control is preferred
Good communication skills
Able to work shift/ Staggered hours
