Chopard is currently seeking a suitably skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our Finance Team.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure timely and accurate month end closing, financial and management reporting
  • Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (e.g. reviewing work performed by Finance team, GL entries and intercompany invoicing)
  • Manage financial reporting for Singapore and Australia business
  • Lead the annual audit and tax preparation including liaison and coordination with external auditors and tax agent
  • Ensure compliance with all finance statutory filing requirements (e.g. audit, income tax, GST, antimoney laundering and etc)
  • Responsible for annual budgeting and forecasting exercise and ad hoc business review / analysis
  • Analyse financial performance, provide financial insights and make recommendations to management
  • Business partner with various stakeholders to ensure company's KPIs are achieved
  • Establish and review internal control procedures and process improvement and implement system change when required

Skills and qualifications:


  • Degree in accountancy/ ACCA/CPA
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager
  • Minimum 7 years relevant working experience in Retail/FMCG or Service industry
  • Big 4 work experience will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and corporate tax and GST rules
  • High level of attention to detail, critical thinking skills and problemsolving skills
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • High proficiency in MS Office (excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to coach and develop Finance team
