Description
Attend to customer's enquiry & quotations.

Preparation of Quotation.
Assist Customers with after-sales service issues.
Handle and resolve customer complaints & issues promptly & accurately.
Corordination between Customers and Suppliers for technical issues.
Sometimes business travel to Malaysia/Indonesia/Philippines.
Responsible for handling customer accounts/meetings/reporting.
Builds positive and effective relationships with customers and understand their business to provide approriate products offerings and solutions.
Utilize the product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
Handle proposal/sales and technical clarification with customers.
Successfully negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers.
Must have Electronics Components Parts Knowledge


Working Hours: 8am to 5pm (5 Days week)
Providing pre-sales and sales supportProvide technical pre-sales support with the sales repsMaintain industry-leading technical and pre-sales/sales engineering certificationsProvide technical sales and customer supportDevelop and deliver technical sales presentations and close salesMake sales reports and sales projectionsSupporting the sales planning process through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activitiesPreparing sales quotations working with inside sales teamsProvide both pre-sales and after-sales adviceProviding pre-sales support with technical excellenceProviding technical sales support and account managementWork directly with sales and customers to design network solutions and support salesProvide technical training to sales teamInitiate sales meetings and prepare quality sales proposalsProvide technical support during joint sales meetings with customers and direct sales teamsProviding pre-sales technical assistance and product educationCustomize sales collateral for specific customer requirements and sales opportunitiesWork closely with sales representatives as a product and technical consultant during sales calls and sales visitsCombine technical knowledge with sales skillsProviding technical service for customers in designated sales territory
