- Lead a team of Engineers and provide overall direction of assigned R&D projects with latest technology innovation and concepts
- Responsible for hardware development for Networking, Wireless and IOT products
- Design, simulate, develop and test electronic modules and systems containing various interfaces, including microcontrollers, SOC, wireless and power control sub system
- Create documentations regarding concepts, specifications, schematics, test reports, verification report etc.
- Involve in the full cycle of development for reference board, modules and products
- Lead robust & reliable design, driving design capability and reliability requirements
- Support on-going product quality improvement
- Identify cost effective raw material options and develop cost containment strategies
- Ensure appropriate project management, monitoring and regular follow up
- Build and establish strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
- Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years of working experience in Electronics Industry, in product development
- Have great interest on new technology and ability to understand market requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Significant, sustained product development and delivery record
- Analytical, strategic thinker, and resourceful with good business acumen
- Independent, driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
