Description

Key responsibilities are:


  • Manage and control the client documentation templates on a BAU basis, ensuring documentation consistency across the bank.
  • Ensure all client documentation templates are approved templates (as per the Client Template Approval Process) and all relevant approvals are documented in the digitalised workflow to support audit review.
  • Ensure compliance with annual credit risks mitigants (CRM) documentation attestation with relevant approvals documented on the digitalised workflow.
  • Maintenance of ancillary documents on team bridge pages or such other repositories.
  • Co-ordinate translation work as part of the client documentation template update.
  • Support relevant activities linked to operational risk framework.
  • Provide support to the wider team on global projects and implementation of revised/new templates across the bank.
  • Provide support to bespoke template customization for global business transactions with MNC's.

Processes

  • Support the implementation of the global operating model for all GTM related processes (CDD, Account Opening, Account Maintenance, S2B activation, Credit Documentation, MIS, and offboarding), and adherence to DOIs.

  • Embedding the Group's brand and valued behaviours
  • Effecting positive change together, installing a culture of how can I help, continually improving and simplifying the COE operating model for the long term and always focussing on our clients (internal and external);
  • Performing other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
$7, $8,000.00 per month

Client Management: 7 years (preferred)
- (CDD, Account Opening, Account Maintenance,: 7 years (preferred)

  • Credit Documentation, MIS, offboarding: 7 years (preferred)
