Roles & Responsibilities:

Take charge of supervising and managing the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment and systems are effectively maintained and operating at their best.

Evaluate the efficiency of plant processes and systems, identify areas that require improvement, and suggest viable solutions.

Implement and enforce strict adherence to all safety regulations and policies.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience in food manufacturing processes and equipment (boilers / HVAC).

Knowledgeable in CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Salary:
$3,000 to $5,700
