Operations supervisor should be computer literate ,able to handle daily operations for our sites . Oversee cleaners performance to assist the building manager or condo mcst on feedbacks and take corrective actions . Daily report to manager on issues and matters on operations. Must be result oriented and work independently ,need to travel from office to sites on daily inspections. Must be a team player and able to talk to senior employees with leadership qualities.
