Description

The Training Officer will be responsible for the daily training provided to Bizlink Centre clients attending the sheltered workshop programme in the logistic and fulfilment division.

Responsibilities

  • To train clients in prevocational and community living skills and assist with activities to develop social skills and physical maintenance.
  • To supervise and provide quality check of clients packing work.
Work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop, implement and monitor client's individual training plan.

  • To be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the clients
  • To provide periodic updates to caregiver on client progress in the programme.
