    Role Overview

    As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product strategy for GVRN. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and enhance features that deliver tangible value to our Web3 clients, ensuring our product not only meets the current market demands but also anticipates future trends in the Web3 ecosystem.

    Requirements

    • Define the product strategy and roadmap for GVRN, aligning product development with company goals and market needs.
    • Lead the planning, execution, and launch of product features and enhancements.
    • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development cycles.
    • Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
    • Prioritise a seamless and intuitive UX, incorporating feedback from users to refine and reiterate upon the product.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for all product-related discussions with internal teams,
    • partners, and stakeholders.
    • Utilise data analytics to make informed decisions, monitor product performance, and measure success against key metrics.

    Benefits

    • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally within the Web3, FinTech, LegalTech sectors.
    • Strong understanding of Web3 project lifecycles is preferred (early stage incorporation, fundraising, decentralisation).
    • Experience with back-office automation is preferred.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
