1. To responsible for customers mould related enquiries and provide technical knowhow.

To meet customer design engineer for detail discussion. Study the design feasibility and feedback to Sale/ Program/ customers.
Provide Engineering support to Sale Team on all RFQ enquiries.
To verify customer drawing and convert customer file into in-house format (2D) drawings.
Discuss with mould maker in term of skill, capability, capacity plan for the company.
Prepare, verify or study justification of DFM from mould maker.
To provide support to mould maker, follow up on mould making tracking report, and provide inquiry answer to Sale Department.
Work with internal & external team on all Engineering matters.
Submit Weekly Management Report and monthly KPI report.
Work closing with Chemist / material team to aid the moulding capability in order to achieve parts precision requirement.
Verify process justification of different products range and approve PCL for production.
Lead/ drive continue improvement in the company.
Provide technical support to production, QA and material team.
Develop and/or make jigs & fixture when needed.
Prepare costing and submission to Caterpillar for price adjustments
Reviews and interpret design drawings and specifications as required in a project.
Implements standard code of practice and project specifications for steel material, welding, surface treatment, etc.
Technical clarification, submission of RFI/TQ/RFA.
Work closely with QA & project team on all customer technical requirements.

Minimum Qualification

20. Diploma in mechanical or experience in compression rubber industry.
21. Min. 5 years in Rubber experience or Molding Experience.
22. Able to work long hours and familiar with ISO requirements.
23. Knowledge in Injection molding of liquid silicone rubber (LSR), mould design and mould fabrication.
24. Good communication skill, leadership and motivation skill.
25. Possess high level of integrity, responsibility and able to work independently.
