Our Active Ageing Centres engage seniors in clusters, catering to their needs through tailored programs and befriending initiatives.

As a Programme Associate, you are key to achieving the objectives and meeting management and funder targets, including supporting vulnerable seniors.

Job Responsibilities

Promotion of eldercare services and programs.

Effective conduct and support of active ageing programs.

Encouragement of active participation among seniors.

Coordination of care and support services.

Provision of support to seniors at outreach events.

Timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.

Flexibility to perform additional duties and work outside regular hours.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree from any discipline.

Proficient in Google Suite Applications.

Able to work independently and at the same time work well as a team player.

Genuine interest to engage our seniors in the community.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Pleasant, proactive and highly accountable for the work assigned.
