Main Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the implementation and coordination of programmes for staff and students including any risks or issues which arise at the centres under purview
  • Attend Weekly Ops meeting with HQ
  • Conduct Weekly meetings with the centres under purview and report operational matters to AD, ILHAM
  • Be responsible for the group budget and report in the Monthly Balanced Scorecard to HQ
  • Ensure all centres within the group comply with guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) established by Muis/ mosques as well as ILHAM
  • Lead professional development initiatives for all Teachers and staff within the group. Mentor and Coach Centre Managers where necessary
  • Contribute to strategic planning of all ILHAM activities and special projects
  • To take on advisory roles in the various committees in ILHAM
  • Lead the team in the management of Islamic education programmes' finances including fee collection, evaluation/ approval of Islamic education programmes grants and funds, and procurement of classroom supplies (i.e. books and stationeries)
  • Conduct Teachers' and staff induction and other workplace support programmes and support the team in the Orientation sessions
  • Manage the manpower requirements at the centres and propose initiatives for optimisation of centre staff
  • To guide the centres in achieving yearly KPIs and plan appropriate strategies to achieve ILHAM's objectives
  • Conduct yearly appraisals for all Centre Managers under purview and moderation for centre staff within the group

Minimum Requirements:


  • Degree in any Islamic discipline
  • 5 years experience in managing an educational centre or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of educational policies, practices, and trends
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing budgets and financial resources
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
