KEY ROLES

  • Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure the company's products and services meet the required quality standards.
  • Inspecting and testing the materials and products from factory whenever necessary.
  • Overseeing company's operations processes to ensure it is in accordance with SQS-D work processes.
  • Conducts quality control inspections on Custom Solutions system assemblies at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and/or customer's requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accepting or rejecting inspected products & assemblies and discussing inspection results with the respective personincharge.
  • Approve or reject 3rd party materials with respect to quality requirements and update supplier performance.
  • Maintain records of testing, information, and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
  • In accordance with Quality Management system, ISO 9001 and SQS-D, to report on the effectiveness of the system and procedures.

Requirement

  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
  • Good communication and decisionmaking skills
