    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including issuing invoices, checks, and maintaining financial records
    • Attend to customer or client inquiries via emails, phone calls, and mail
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
    • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
    • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

    Requirements

    • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
    • Candidates without prior experience are welcome; training will be provided
