    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key account clients, understanding their IT needs and requirements.


    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.


    • Lead project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.


    • Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.


    • Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure timely project delivery.


    • Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.


    • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.


    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.


    • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and methodologies.


    • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.

    Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


    • Proven experience (5-8 years) in IT project management, preferably within a client-facing role.


    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.


    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.


    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


    • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.


    • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development lifecycle is desirable.


    • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and project-related activities.
