    Job Description:

    • must have a passion in customer service
    • able to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holiday
    • must have a strong Personality and communication Skills
    • Can speak English and Mandarin
    • Report all guest feedback to the management for appropriate action if needed.
    • Must have a Customer Service working Experience
    • Must have a good relation with customer or client.
    • willing to work 6 days per week (8hrs per day)
    • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management
