Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development and implementation of sales and marketing projects together with associated activities, all aimed at attracting new customers.
  • Provide HRS with thorough research and analysis of the local business competition, with the aim of gaining a competitive edge.
  • Involvement in the development of HRS market research and sales strategy.
  • Acquire customer leads using all available methods: phone, participation in exhibitions, events, presentations
  • Meet sales goals in accordance with the company targets.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and partners of HRS.
  • Organize sales and marketing events for customers.
  • Represent HRS interests and the HRS Brand when customerfacing.

Personal Profile:

  • Experience 3 + years in selling IT solutions and services for Retail. Experience with the POS/omnichannel concept will be an advantage.
  • Written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Fluent written and speaking French and English language. Additional language would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience with Retail transformation projects.
  • Previous experience with retailers, retail IT vendors, or system integrators.
  • Knowledge of retail customers, vendors, and solutions.
  • Understanding of retail business domain.
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain relationships on C level.
  • Solid contact network within French and APAC retailers.
  • Selfdriven, able to work independently.
  • Be proactive and have a positive 'cando' attitude.
  • Be able to open doors and close deals.
  • Flexible. Homebased with the ability to travel.

Language requirements:

  • Fluent-English, both written and spoken.
  • Additional language would be an advantage.
