Responsibilities:


  • Consumer Engagement and Activation
  • Lead and manage the implementation of thematic campaigns, key festivals, and product launches to
drive traffic and create sales opportunities for retail stores.

  • Ensure endtoend launch process by working closely with internal stakeholders on sales delivery,
marketing offers and marketing communications at retail stores.

  • Conceptualise ideas and launch activities to create "moments of delight" for consumers at stores.
  • Work closely with the marketing communication teams and designers to conceptualise and develop
marketing communications and collaterals for sales campaigns.

  • Conduct post campaign analysis with sales performance and onground feedback to determine
effectiveness and improvements needed.

  • Merchant Acquisition and Collaboration
  • Lead the merchant acquisition efforts including prospecting, negotiation and development of
marketing and consumer engagement programs and campaigns

  • Conceptualise and launch consumer engagement programs for offline and online platforms, via
marketing or gamification efforts

  • Leverage on merchants' marketing platforms to drive consumer awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure endtoend launch process by working closely with internal stakeholders on sales fulfilment,
marketing offers and marketing communications.

  • Track, measure, and review campaign sales efficiency.
  • Sales Focus Alignment
  • Sharpen and align sales focus across retail shops to deliver consistent marketing communication.
  • Launch weekly marketing communications and collaterals by working closely with the sales channels
and marketing teams.

  • Conduct weekly feedback sessions with sales channels on sales focus and communication alignment.
  • Curate sales kits for new product launches and training delivery through close collaboration with the
sales and training teams based on sales' needs to improve sales efficiency.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or its equivalent.
  • Results oriented and with strong commercial fundamentals and good business acumen.
  • A team player who enjoys a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong project management and execution skills to deliver by set deadlines.
