- Consumer Engagement and Activation
- Lead and manage the implementation of thematic campaigns, key festivals, and product launches to
- Ensure endtoend launch process by working closely with internal stakeholders on sales delivery,
- Conceptualise ideas and launch activities to create "moments of delight" for consumers at stores.
- Work closely with the marketing communication teams and designers to conceptualise and develop
- Conduct post campaign analysis with sales performance and onground feedback to determine
- Merchant Acquisition and Collaboration
- Lead the merchant acquisition efforts including prospecting, negotiation and development of
- Conceptualise and launch consumer engagement programs for offline and online platforms, via
- Leverage on merchants' marketing platforms to drive consumer awareness and engagement.
- Ensure endtoend launch process by working closely with internal stakeholders on sales fulfilment,
- Track, measure, and review campaign sales efficiency.
- Sales Focus Alignment
- Sharpen and align sales focus across retail shops to deliver consistent marketing communication.
- Launch weekly marketing communications and collaterals by working closely with the sales channels
- Conduct weekly feedback sessions with sales channels on sales focus and communication alignment.
- Curate sales kits for new product launches and training delivery through close collaboration with the
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or its equivalent.
- Results oriented and with strong commercial fundamentals and good business acumen.
- A team player who enjoys a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong project management and execution skills to deliver by set deadlines.
