Description
Organize and manage new employee orientation and on-boarding.- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new employee guides.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital personnel records.
- Update internal databases (e.g. sick leaves, new hires, terminations and warnings).
- Answer employees queries about HRrelated issues.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. bank accounts and working days).
- Prepare presentations on HRrelated metrics like Amendments of Company Benefits Policy.
- Preparing reports and memorandum for management.
- Revise company policies according to instructions.
- Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
