Description
Organize and manage new employee orientation and on-boarding.

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new employee guides.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital personnel records.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. sick leaves, new hires, terminations and warnings).
  • Answer employees queries about HRrelated issues.
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. bank accounts and working days).
  • Prepare presentations on HRrelated metrics like Amendments of Company Benefits Policy.
  • Preparing reports and memorandum for management.
  • Revise company policies according to instructions.
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
