Description

**Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Property Operations Specialist to be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Property Operations Specialist:

Collaborate with site managers to ensure seamless daily operations of commercial/industrial properties. Assist in preparing a safe and efficient environment.
Develop and implement emergency and crisis management plans. Ensure the site is wellmaintained and meet all safety requirements.
Keep track of deadlines for contract fees and invoices. Manage term contracts and ad hoc invoicing.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to complete maintenance and repairs within the agreed timelines and quality standards. Maintain and replenish maintenance stock inventory.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify defects, implement solutions, and obtain quotations for repairs. Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory building regulations.
Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service that aligns with their needs. Champion good working relationships with client representatives and internal team members.
