    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Assist the WSHO & ECO in tasks assigned by the WSHO & ECO/ PM.
    • In the absence of the WSHO & ECO, performs the above-mentioned prescribed duties pf the WSHO & ECO
    • Carry out daily inspections
    • Functions as one of the Site EHS Assessors in the verification of the hazardous works operated under assessing PTW
    • Conduct an EHS induction course for new employees and contractors
    • Ensure that Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure & Environmental Aspect & Impact Register briefed to workers and sub-contractors
    • Ensure worker and sub-contractor comply with the EHS Management System
    • Participate and facilitate in ISO Management System/ CONSASS and auditing
    • Investigate and report WSH incidents & near misses
    • Coordinate implementation of emergency preparations and response plans, measure, monitor and report WSH performance
    • Administer WSH Policy, Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures
    • Coordinate WSH Management System with legal compliance
    • Prepare relevant data for Contracts Department on progress claim based on the approved cost loaded programme
    • Preparation of presentation slides in PowerPoint format to client for weekly & monthly progress meeting
    • Working location nearby Boon Lay MRT

    Qualifications:

    · At least 3 years of working experience in the construction industry – civil infrastructure project would be an advantage

    · Possess certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)

    · Good knowledge in ISO and OSHA safety standards
