Description
Responsibilites

  • Knowledge to Mastercam & Solidwork, Program for CNC Milling & Lathe
  • Read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T, CNC machine setup and process routing.
  • Liaise with production team and engineers on the production information.
  • Translate instructions into codes for machines to perform accurate functions.
  • Prepare machine setup for test runs to ensure machine outputs are according to specifications.
  • Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.
  • Coordinate with process engineers and machine stop technicians/ supervisors to create and validate machining programs.
'Need to do grinding, wire cut, EDM, mastercam & UG.


Requirements:


  • Professional certificate in Precision Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years in programming experience.
  • Excellent knowledge in handling, programming & setting up of CNC Milling & Lathe machines. CNC Multi Axis will be advantage
  • Able to read engineering drawings and understand the GD&T.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Keen attention to details.
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
