2. Responsibilities & Authorities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, including routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
• Managing and coordinating facility services, such as cleaning, security, waste management, and landscaping.
• Managing vendor relationships and contracts for facility services and supplies.
• Coordinating and overseeing contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair to keep the building in daily operational state.
• Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site.
• Hands on and be able to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical and building works.
• Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to address facility needs and support organizational goals.
• Manage the renewal of all permits and licences related to the facility.
• Manage and organize all facility moves or production layouts moves.
• Take care of all facility-related audits by government agencies.

3. Education

• Min Diploma qualified preferably in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Facilities Management.

4. Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevance experiences in facility management.
