Job Description

• Welcome and attend to the customers, providing an excellent one-stop experience at all times.
• Maintain and develop client relationships using an individual approach.
• Proactively engage in maximising sales opportunities to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrate your familiarity with the brand and the products. Maintain the showroom and its aesthetic appeal.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the manager as needed.
• Report to the Sales Manager on reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level
• Communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers in both English and Mandarin
• A valid driver's licence is necessary.
• Mature and possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A positive outlook, be self-driven, and work well in a team.
• Energetic, passionate, and full of energy with an open mind to adjust to a changing environment.
