Description

1 ) Review project requirement, technical clarifications and drawings.

2 ) Carry out M&E works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation to ensure compliance to regulatory.

3 ) Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.

4 ) To perform safety and QA role on area assigned and to ensure safety regulations are being compiled in the building.

5 ) Prepare various reports (progress report, project handover report and etc.)

6 ) Any other duties that may be assigned.

7 ) Attend meetings and liaise with clients.

8 ) Assist in handling progress claims and financial claims.

9 ) Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
