Description

• Your main duty is to be the overall in charge of planning, coordinating, manage logistics personnel and logistics systems to direct daily operations
• Supervise activities of workers to ensure that they are hands-on in order to promote hard-work, which is needed for successful deliveries and completion of productions tasks to meet client's demands and deadlines.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems or customer issues.
• Resolve customer complaints or problems.
• Developing and implementing guidelines for employee evaluations, recruitment and promotion.
• Researching and implementing new directives for business growth and prosperity.
• Responsible in filtering employee's employment duration based on their performance quality.
