We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual with a strong operational background in air freight:

• Experience: Proven previous experience in a similar coordination or operations role within the airfreight/air cargo industry (e.g., freight forwarding, ground handling, or airlines)

Job Description

The Airfreight Coordination Executive will be the key driver for air cargo shipments, ensuring seamless operational execution from booking through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the full end-to-end air freight operational process for either import or export shipments.
• Handle all necessary documentation, including the preparation, checking, and submission of Air Waybills (AWB), manifest details, and customs declarations.
• Liaise daily with customers, and shippers to arrange bookings, track shipments, and provide timely status updates on cargo.
• Monitor shipment movements proactively to anticipate and resolve any potential delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy for billing and accounting purposes and maintained and update operational data in the company's system with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ensure all air freight activities comply with local and international regulations and the company's stringent quality standards.
