JOB RESPONSILIBITY:

  • Responsible for purchase function.
  • Check purchasing document to ensure correctness and adequacy.
  • Prepare, issuance and monitoring requisitions & purchase order, ensure that purchase order balance are accurate and parts were provided on time.
  • Follow up purchase to ensure timely delivery, collect and check delivery performance of automotive vendors.
  • Maintain and update approved vendor list
  • Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior.
  • Prepare material plan.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure quality parts were delivered and continuous flow of material as per production requirement.
  • Visit supplier as needed to verify and check any problem/issues encountered related to delivery.
  • Coordinate and act as mediator between supplier and planner concerning Forecast and Delivery plan as per Customer required quality and schedule.
  • Monitor material inventory and ensure safe stock of materials as per provided customer forecast and production schedule.
