Monitoring & updating of daily staff attendance.

  • Assist to compile & consolidate all claims and reimbursements.
  • Tracking & ordering of office supplies.
  • Issuing & recording of invoices.
  • Preparation of sales quotations & purchase orders.
  • Provide necessary daily work support to the Accounts manager.
  • Up keeping of office cleaniness. Adhoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
  • Organised & systematic personality.
  • Knowledge of Auto Count Software will be an added advantage.
  • Able to understand & speak Mandarin.
  • Minimum 23 years of working experience.
