Description
Monitoring & updating of daily staff attendance.- Assist to compile & consolidate all claims and reimbursements.
- Tracking & ordering of office supplies.
- Issuing & recording of invoices.
- Preparation of sales quotations & purchase orders.
- Provide necessary daily work support to the Accounts manager.
- Up keeping of office cleaniness. Adhoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Organised & systematic personality.
- Knowledge of Auto Count Software will be an added advantage.
- Able to understand & speak Mandarin.
- Minimum 23 years of working experience.
