Our Global JLL Finance team supports business growth across the world in a continually expanding real estate space. The Controllership pillar of JLL Finance establishes and maintains accounting policies, practices, and financial controls.

If you want to drive business success through research, creativity, collaboration, and personal development, then we want youWe are currently seeking an Senior Finance Manager who will report to the Controllership Director, APAC Corporate Segment.
The Responsibilities
Coordinates and oversee elements of our external audit and internal audit(s)
Lead the Global balance sheet priorities including reporting/analysis of balance sheet activity
Responsible for completion and oversight of certain close processes
Responsible for the coordination and review of our SOX control environment highlights risks and opportunities to controls performed by both Finance and non-Finance teams
Analyze and review new, amended, and/or terminated lease contracts and verify accounting is in line with ASC842 guidance
Identify and implement process improvement and standardization to existing activities
Assist, coordinate and consolidate closing and reporting of Asia Pacific results working with global, local and JBS teams
Monitor compliance with Global and Regional financial and operating policies and procedures
Participate in ad hoc projects
Work closely with countries to identify opportunities to streamline processes and to be a valued business partner
The Requirements
In-depth knowledge and experience in controllership practices and procedures with five plus years of experience in public or corporate accounting or finance team
Uses best practices and experiential knowledge to propose process improvements
Solves complex problems; takes a new or creative perspective using existing solutions while driving to fix the ultimate root causes
Outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail which successfully lead to managing multiple priorities and completing objectives while dealing with evolving requirements
Highly proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint for executing objectives and creating data-centric presentations leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills; preferred experience with PeopleSoft Financials
