• Actively contribute to the development of the highly scalable StraitsX product.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers, product managers, and business owners to ensure requirements are sound and met.
• Propose architecture improvements and recommend process enhancements.
• Build and maintain tools and processes to ensure system integrity.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in financial technology in the region.
• Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems.

• Experience with backend frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Golang, or equivalent.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React-Redux, TypeScript, webpack, or equivalent.
• Prior working experience is not required, but you have demonstrated ownership and proficiency as a software engineer.
• Desire to pursue a software engineering career that involves mastering multiple languages and selecting the best tools for problemsolving.
• Eager to grow both technically and professionally, open to constructive feedback, and embrace challenges.
