Description
To assist in daily production of artisanal breads, morning pastries, cakes, pies, quiches, pizza, etc.- To assist in production planning and weekly work schedule.
- To follow through on SOPs and recipes to ensure proper quality and consistency are maintained, in compliance with company standards and Food Safety practices.
- To maintain necessary files, records and logs needed to ensure efficient operation of each production.
- To ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- Completed WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Training.
- Able to handle heavy loading and mixing of ingredients.
