Description
To assist in daily production of artisanal breads, morning pastries, cakes, pies, quiches, pizza, etc.

  • To assist in production planning and weekly work schedule.
  • To follow through on SOPs and recipes to ensure proper quality and consistency are maintained, in compliance with company standards and Food Safety practices.
  • To maintain necessary files, records and logs needed to ensure efficient operation of each production.
  • To ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained at all times.

Requirements:


  • Completed WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Training.
  • Able to handle heavy loading and mixing of ingredients.
  • Lunch Provided
