Description
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Update of Payment Status of credit card, PayNow payments into the system.
- Study financial details in supporting documents.
- Verify financial details against supporting documents.
- Amend incorrect financial details and update status.
- Verify financial grading and process GSR details for approval.
- Educate applicants on achieving the desired grading.
- Advise applicant on submission of GSR online.
- Report and liaise with GeBIZ Service Centre on system encountered problem for prompt resolution.
- Collate daily, weekly and monthly statistics for reporting to Ministry of Finance.
- GCE 'O' level
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in account / registration area.
