Description

As a Coaching Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, delivering, and overseeing Intellect's specialized coaching programs.

Your responsibilities will include providing coaching to employees and senior stakeholders, training other coaches, developing coaching webinar/presentation/talk content, and contributing to the establishment of Intellect as a leader in mental health and coaching through public-facing training and master classes.

Develop and deliver specialized coaching programs, ensuring highquality content and engaging delivery.
Hold 1:1 coaching sessions for (potential) clients and stakeholders
Train and mentor other coaches to deliver the same specialized coaching programs, fostering a community of excellence.
Codevelop and vet webinar, presentation, and talk content on coaching topics, ensuring alignment with industry standards and audience needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to source and train providers to deliver coaching programs effectively.
Contribute to the establishment of Intellect as a leader in mental health and coaching through publicfacing trainings and master classes.

Requirements:

Certified ICF Coach (PCC or higher) with a proven track record in coaching.
Substantial experience in adult education and training.
Exceptional public speaking and training skills.
Ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas to coaching program development.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with mental health and coaching industry trends.
Coaching Supervision experience is a plus
Fluent in other APAC language is a plus
