Job ObjectivesThis role is to:
- Manage Project governance compliance in alignment with internal standards.
Creation and update of project documents i.e PWG, PWC decks, comms etc.
Identify and track issues, risks, dependencies for Voyager Program
POC for all audit exercises across PB, Trade and CSS portfolios
Key Responsibilities
Set expectations and project governance at kick off and monitor adherence/compliance throughout the project phases across portfolio
Prepare presentation decks for Working Group, Working Committee and other project forums
Maintain Delivery team Project Financials
Track TDM related SDM Documentation for Voyager program
Identify and track issues, risks, dependencies for Voyager Program
Prepare and finalise the deck for PWC
Review memos/ SOW for Trade resources and projects
POC and coordination for all audit exercises and Process Assurance Activities
Key Requirements
3 to 9 years of relevant experience
Good and proven knowledge of Project activities and Risk Management are essential for this role
Have done budgeting/financial planning and tracking, project management reporting
Experience in managing the different stakeholders with diverse background
Experience in delivering projects in SDLC/Agile methodologies
Expert skills in MS Power Point, Excel Macros, MS Project
Experience working with Jira and Confluence ATC tools
