Responsibilities
Assist manager to:
Handle daily operation issue
Ensure good customer experience & service standard.
Manage a team of front desk staff, sales consultants and therapists.
Motivate & lead a team of therapists & sales consultants to achieve outlet sales targets
Scheduling of staff rooster
Maintaining good operation discipline
To perform sales consultations where required
Requirements:
Diploma and/ or professional certificate in related field
Experience in spa or beauty industry preferred
Able to work independently as well as a team leader
Good people and management skills
Excellent communication & customer service skill
Able to work retail hours & weekend
Responsible & positive attitude
