- Assist in processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Help prepare and issue invoices, bills, and statements to clients and customers.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Support in the preparation of financial reports, such as monthly and annual financial statements.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounts team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Follow up with customers and team members
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 1-year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team player attitude
- Accounting System knowledge for example Xero, Sage etc
