    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Help prepare and issue invoices, bills, and statements to clients and customers.
    • Assist in reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
    • Support in the preparation of financial reports, such as monthly and annual financial statements.
    • Provide general administrative support to the accounts team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
    • Follow up with customers and team members

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
    • Minimum of 1-year of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team player attitude
    • Accounting System knowledge for example Xero, Sage etc
