Description

What You'll Do

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice, this senior-level consulting professional has broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product/technology families. Works directly with Consulting sales to analyze customer business needs.

Lead ASEAN EPM Consulting business development, work with x-LOB to driver EPM opportunities, solutions, prepare quality proposal and presentation, end to end bid processes
Work as EPM Subject Matter Expert and play Solution Architect, internal and external advisory; review and QC in EPM projects; Lead and manage large and complex EPM projects
Lead EPM go to market initiatives and work closely with offshore teams on solution offering, consulting IP creations and deployments
Support practice and resource management, optimization, hiring and expansion. Mentor to junior consultants and team members
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs
Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs
Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals
Contributes to statements of work, work breakdown structures and/or level of effort and staff plans. Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers. Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge
Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to implementation team. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions
Anticipates project risks and suggest risk mitigation to project manager. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending solutions
Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.

Minimum 15 years of Oracle EPM experience (On premise and Cloud), specialize in EPM Close Suite, CPA
EPM SME with strong solutioning experience to lead business development and project delivery, manage large and complex EPM projects, create bandwidth and capacity in EPM domain to cope with presales and delivery demand
Leading key projects delivery as the solution architect, hands-on lead developers, and/or technical leader
Proven communicator, ability to motivate teams (both internal and external) and build alignment around goals and objectives
Ability to manage multiple delivery engagements
Business case development, project and program management, business development, proposal writing and management
Hands-on development of deliverable utilizing formal structured methodology
Experience in working with public/government sector is highly preferred
Experience in designing Custom Cloud application
