M&e Engineer - Singapore - GEMS PARTNERS NETWORK PTE. LTD.
Description
Our client is an A2 main-contractor looking for a M&E Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and management of all M&E works
- Ensure all M&E works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site
- Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
- Prepare structural penetration shopdrawing for approval
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction industry
- Possess at least a diploma in M&E Engineering/Coordination or equivalent
- Possess electrical trade experiences will be an added advantage
- Able to multitask
- Working schedule: official 5.5 days (6 days work week for the first 6 months of employment)
